Nook Sensory Pods

nook

We are delighted to confirm that Nook Sensory Pods will support the Health & Wellbeing at Work Conference as our Official Workspace Pod Partner.

As part of our wider commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive event experience, Nook Sensory Pods will be available for attendees to use throughout the show. Located within the Wellbeing Village, the pods will provide calm, low-stimulus spaces away from the busy exhibition floor.

Designed for boosting neuroinclusivity in workplaces, Nook Sensory Pods are externally certified by the IBCCES as a sensory support space for neurodivergent people and are an approved element in the WELL Institute ‘Works With WELL’ program.

They are used by organisations to support focus, nervous-system regulation, and wellbeing at work.

At the conference, attendees will have the opportunity to experience these spaces first-hand and explore how sensory-considerate design can be readily integrated into modern work environments for immediate impact.

The Health & Wellbeing at Work Conference features a broad programme of content, features, and partners focused on improving workplace health and culture. The inclusion of Nook Sensory Pods complements this by showcasing a practical, scalable solution that supports mental health and neurodiversity at work.

Attendees are encouraged to visit the Wellbeing Village, use the Nook pods during the event, and learn more about how they are being implemented in workplaces across the UK by visiting the team from Nook on Stand 182
