Admission Policy
All delegates must be over the age of 18. Media companies and anyone selling products to delegates and/or exhibitors will not be permitted entry. Delegates may be asked for ID on entering. The organisers and venue reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet the entry criteria, any non-exhibitor who attempts to sell or promote products or anyone that causes offence to others. In such cases, compensation will not be provided.

The NEC is one of Europe’s largest exhibition and conference centres. Its central location means that it is easy to reach from all parts of the country with an excellent road, rail and air network. There is plenty of on-site parking, hotels, café and restaurants.

Shuttle buses run from car parks to the NEC entrance. Follow signs for Primary Care and you will be directed to our dedicated car park.
Go directly to Hall 7 – the event will be signposted. You will need to scan your barcode at the registration machines and collect your badge – follow the signs for Collect Your Badge. If you have not registered, please go to the New Registrations desk. We strongly advise you to register in advance. Once you have collected your badge, you can attend any of the conference programmes and exhibition. Your barcode will need to be scanned.
There are several hotels on-site. Hotels get very booked up so please book quickly. We have negotiated preferential rates at many of the hotels.
