In April 2024, New Leaf Health joined Community Housing in Kidderminster for their Great Community Takeaway event. https://newleafhealth.co.uk/community... In addition to the fantastic activities they'd put on for their staff, we held a range of wellbeing interventions which were attended by almost 200 staff over two days. The interventions included:

• Nutrition & alcohol guidance and advice
• Tips to improve sleep and sleep hygiene
