Liqui provided a complete office design and build service for this private investment fund office located in Pall Mall, London. This included: start-to-finish project management; interior design and office fit out; bespoke furniture design and manufacture; the procurement of additional furniture, lighting, curtains, and accessories; reframing of existing artwork; and bespoke joinery for cabinets, fixtures, and wall panels. We gave our asset management clients a complete ‘concept to completion’ service – delivering a fully finished, high-end office design and build ready for them to move into and start work.

The workspace design included a downstairs office with two blocks of bench desks, a small reception area, and a recessed kitchen. Behind that is a relaxed meeting room/breakout area through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Upstairs is the executive private office and boardroom combined.
