Sophie Allington is a passionate advocate for people, wellbeing, and purpose-driven leadership. Previously a Head of People Operational Excellence, she led a team of HR Product Experts dedicated to optimising global HR and Finance processes, enhancing employee experience, and embedding wellbeing and inclusion at the heart of operational strategy. Her work championed the use of AI and automation to simplify processes, reduce friction, and create more human, connected workplaces. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR technology, and process transformation, Sophie has guided large, cross-sector teams through growth and change. She has chaired multiple employee networks, including a Parents and Carers Community and Wellbeing Board, driving initiatives that support holistic wellbeing and work–life balance. Currently taking a career break after welcoming her second child, Sophie continues to advocate for healthier, more sustainable approaches to work that empower both people and organisations to thrive.
