Sian is a senior organisation effectiveness professional with over 25 years’ experience in the areas of talent management, leadership development, culture change, and wellbeing, working across a wide range of business sectors such as FMCG, retail and aviation – and currently – health and insurance. Sian has a passion for DEI and colleague wellbeing, and her time at Simplyhealth to date has been no different. Most recently, she led Simplyhealth's Family Friendly Workplace accreditation and the signing of both the EIDA (Employers Initiative for Domestic Abuse), and MIND Mental Health at Work Commitments. Other areas of focus include supporting mental health in the workplace. At Simplyhealth, Sian is at the heart of developing and driving their ‘All Together Healthier’ programme forward. This includes an annual survey to set the scene of what our colleagues most need. Notable achievements include the introduction of 40 colleagues Mental Health First Aiders and industry-leading engagement scores to match.
