Sean is the Deputy Director of Strategy and Policy in the Joint Work and Health Directorate (JWHD). He joined in October 2023, initially as Deputy Director for Fit Note and Statutory Sick Pay and latterly in his current role looking at strategy and policy across the work and health portfolio. Previously he was Deputy Director of Obesity Strategy in DHSC from 2022 to 2023. He started his career at DHSC in 2014.
