Sarah is a researcher focusing on employee experience and engagement. In 2023, she was ranked as an Influential Thinker in HR by HR Magazine. Sarah works closely with Engage for Success and is a member of the Advisory Board. Sarah leads several projects for EFS, leading the role of Line Managers, the Engagement Champion networks, and is the co-project lead for the EFS annual engagement survey. She is a Fellow of the RSA, and an Academic Associate of the CIPD. Sarah also sits on the Advisory Board for the EX-Space and is a member of the Involvement and Participation Association (IPA) Working Insights Group. Sarah currently works as a Senior Lecturer at Nottingham Business School (NTU) and previously worked at the University of Nottingham, Manchester University, Cardiff University, and the CIPD.
