After 6 years with the Lighthouse Charity, including as Chief Operating Officer, Sarah became CEO of the in April last year. Sarah has overseen a period of significant growth for the charity. In 2024 alone, the Lighthouse was a beacon of hope for over 5,500 families, providing nearly 6,000 counselling sessions to the construction workforce and delivering 5,712 meals to families in need.
