Ruth is an independent HR Consultant.  Her background is in corporate and international HR and for the past 10 years she has been providing HR support to organisations both large and small and from a diverse range of sectors across the UK.  Alongside providing generalist HR expertise Ruth volunteers as Chair of the Hertfordshire branch of the CIPD and is also an Enterprise Adviser helping a local secondary school with careers strategy for students.  She founded the Generation Dacorum Careers Fair and has since seen this concept rolled out across the county of Hertfordshire and beyond.  She also runs the successful HR Indies forum a community for independent HR Consultants across the UK.
