Ross Abbott
Ross is an award winning program writer and brings a wealth of experience in supporting mental health and inclusion across a range of settings, from grassroots communities to global organisations. Alongside his work in wellbeing strategy and education, Ross has volunteered as a Crisis Textline supporter with SHOUT, sits on the associate board of the suicide prevention charity R;pple, and is a local leads with the rugby mental health charity LooseHeadz. Ross is also a lived experience speaker, podcaster, and facilitator, using his platform to champion conversations around mental health, neurodiversity, and inclusion in everyday life. His "why" is the belief that everyone deserves support and by nurturing an inclusive culture this will enable all to be supported and achieve their true potential, to thrive.
