Rebecca Canham, CPsychol, MSc, BA (Hons) Rebecca is a Principal Scientist specialising in behavioural insights at the Institute of Occupational Medicine (IOM). She is a Registered Health Psychologist, with 17 years’ experience of designing, implementing and evaluating impactful research with purpose, specialising in qualitative research methods. Her work has spanned a variety of safety critical and high hazard industries, including healthcare, transport, utilities, energy and emergency services across the public, provide and third sector. Project examples include contributions to the PROTECT National Core Study exploring workplace transmission of the COVID-19 virus; ‘Being well in a changing world’, understanding organisational practices and priorities to improve workforce wellbeing; and conducting occupational stress consultation and research across diverse settings and sectors.
