Almuth McDowall is Professor of Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck University of London. She co-directs the Centre for Neurodiversity Research at Work and has co-authored the best selling book on neurodiversity coaching. She has further co-developed a postgraduate certificate in neurodiversity coaching to promote a neuroaffirmative approach in organisational practice. Widely published in the academic and practitioner domain, she is committed to disseminating research to various audiences.
