Mandy is the national award winning (VRA Vocational Rehabilitation Champion 2023) owner and Clinical Director of Crest Health Group Ltd, and the Director of Occupational Therapy for iOH. For close to 30 years, Mandy has conducted functional capacity evaluations, occupational health, cognitive, mental health, workplace and ergonomic assessments as well as designed and implemented functional rehabilitation programmes for safe and sustainable return to work outcomes in both Australia and the UK. Mandy has qualifications in ergonomics, is a qualified MODAPTS practitioner, Functional Capacity Evaluator and OT Driver Assessor and has professional leadership, clinical governance, medico-legal and case management expertise. She has lectured in undergraduate courses in the UK and teaches on the NUTH NHS Trust Introduction to Occupational Medicine course (Vocational Rehabilitation in OH).
