Paul is currently working in higher education, helping to develop the physiotherapy workforce of tomorrow and is involved in research projects around how physiotherapists can support the working population. Previous to that Paul worked as a specialist occupational health physiotherapist and ergonomist for more than 10 years, supporting different organisations in managing musculoskeletal health and wellbeing.
