Alongside being Deputy Chair of the NHS Health at Work Network, Nicola is Associate Director, Occupational Health & Wellbeing, Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, a NExT Director, hosted at North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust and is the Treasurer/ Secretary, Health People Management Association, East Midlands. Nicola has worked in the NHS since 2008, following successful careers in NHS Executive Search and Health Consultancy. Her passion is health inequalities and pushing the boundaries of workplace health and wellbeing, driving innovation for the benefit of keeping our NHS people, healthy, safe, and well.
