Nathan leads Foot Anstey's Retail and Consumer Sector and is responsible for several key client relationships. Specialising in legal regulatory work he leads on the firm’s multi-disciplinary risk advisory offering, helping to keep clients’ strategy on track with proactive and reactive risk advice on governance, compliance and the defence of regulatory prosecutions. He co-created a Retailers Against Harassment certification with the Retail Trust.
