Natalie Quilter
Natalie is an accomplished HR and inclusion leader with 10 years’ experience in the housing sector. She is widely recognised for her advocacy for unpaid carers, openly sharing her lived experience and professional expertise through talks, workshops, and sector-wide engagement. Natalie has supported organisations including Siemens, Mars, and Microsoft, helping drive meaningful change not only within individual organisations, but across wider society too. Her earlier work was recognised by Investors in People and in 2025, Natalie received multiple awards. These include Inspirational Woman of the Year from WISH, Housing Association Woman of the Future from Inside Housing, and being ranked the 4th Most Influential HR Practitioner by HR Magazine – making her the only woman in the top five and one of the youngest practitioners to receive this recognition. Known for her authenticity and impact, Natalie continues to champion inclusion and wellbeing globally - ensuring everyone reaches their full potential.
