Nancy Doyle PhD is an HCPC Registered Occupational Psychologist and Chartered Coaching Psychologist specialising in neurodiversity at work. Nancy is the Founder and Chief Science Officer at Genius Within CIC and a Visiting Professor at Birkbeck, University of London. Nancy's research and practice is dedicated to improving inclusive HR practices, neuroinclusive organisational culture and optimising performance for neurodivergent employees. Genius Within provides consulting, coaching, training and assessments to over 2000 businesses and 6000 individuals each year. Nancy created the Genius Finder, an online personal development platform for neurodivergent adults to develop their workplace skills and confidence.
