Prof Nancy Doyle
Dr. Nancy Doyle is a globally recognised organisational psychologist, social entrepreneur, and leading authority on neurodiversity and disability inclusion at work. She is Founder and Chief Science Officer of Genius Within CIC, an award-winning B-Corp and international non-profit delivering scalable, evidence-based neuroinclusion solutions. A Visiting Professor at Birkbeck, University of London, Dr. Doyle co-founded the Centre for Neurodiversity at Work and supports neurodivergent PhD researchers. She holds a PhD in Organisational Psychology from City, University of London, is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, and a member of the American Psychological Association. Dr. Doyle authored the British Psychological Society’s guide to neurodiversity at work, advises UK government bodies, and was recognised for Policy Impact in Occupational Psychology. A Forbes contributor and BBC2 “Employable Me” designer, she advises global organisations including the UN, Amazon, Microsoft, and Google.
