Kathryn is the Research & Insights Director at This Can Happen , trusted partners in mental wellbeing. She runs the Research & Insights division, which helps companies to measure and benchmark the success of their mental health strategies in a variety of ways using the benchmarking index, Wellbeing scorecard and various qualitative and quantitative research techniques.  She also manages all the research covering specialist topics, such as grief and fertility and how they can impact employees mental wellbeing in the workplace.
