Lucy Kenyon is a clinical expert in Occupational and Organisational Health, with over 30 years of experience leading innovation, education, and transformation in the field. A Co-Founder of Intelligent OH Ltd and Senior Lecturer, Lucy has driven ethical innovation and excellence in personal data management and clinical outcomes. She focuses on empowering decision-making through evidence-based practices and advanced health risk management strategies. Lucy's extensive background includes roles such as National OH Practice Teacher for the NHS and Transformation Consultant for NHS shared OH services, where she has significantly contributed to improving health outcmes for work. With a Master of Medical Science in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from the University of Birmingham, Lucy is dedicated to enhancing and informing workplace health. Her commitment to ethical data management and clinical excellence led to her winning Innovate funding to develop AI for OH and co-founding a multi-disciplinary interest group.
