A member of the Organising Committee for the Civil Service Eating Disorders Network, Meredith has been involved in the work of those affected by eating disorders in the Civil Service for the past 4 years. Prior to working in central government, Meredith worked in educational policy research and development supporting young carers across England and Wales. She also trained as a counsellor supporting both young people and adults. Having lived experience of eating disorders since early teens, Meredith is committed to working on improving support and awareness for those facing challenge and adversity.
