Will Marshall

Will Marshall is Assistive Technology and Enablement Lead at Back Care Solutions, where he works with employers to remove the barriers that stop neurodivergent and disabled staff doing their best work. He has spent more than 15 years in the field, starting in further education as an inclusive learning adviser and assessor before moving into workplace assistive technology training. He has trained and assessed across more than 50 assistive technology products, from dictation and literacy software to AI tools, and has delivered training into police, NHS and justice sector organisations. Will is an accredited assistive technology trainer, including at Train the Trainer level. He is passionate about enablement and helping people find the tools that let them work their way. In 2026 he presented at the National Neurodiversity Show in Coventry and Glasgow, and delivers CPD in Neurodiversity at Work.
