Mark Brooks OBE
Director of Policy, Centre for Policy Research on Men and Boys
Mark Brooks is a national sector and thought leader on the challenges facing men and boys in the UK. This includes identity; education; health; suicide prevention; inclusion; and domestic abuse. He has been awarded an OBE and an honorary doctorate for his work. He is the Director of Policy for the Centre for Policy Research on Men and Boys, serves as a national ambassador for International Men’s Day and has created a number of national charities, initiatives and campaigns. His recent policy reports cover men’s health, suicide and boys’ education. He recently created a ‘scorecard’ on the state of men and boys in the UK. He is also regularly in the media, speaks on podcasts and works with a range of employers and government bodies.
