Lucy Smith is the Head of Occupational Health & Wellbeing at Mitie, where she leads the organisation’s strategy for colleague health, mental wellbeing, health equity, and occupational risk management. Her work focuses on strengthening organisational culture, modernising wellbeing policy, and improving occupational health services to support managers and colleagues across a diverse workforce. She is a nationally recognised leader in workplace health and holds the title of Queen’s Nurse, reflecting excellence in professional practice and her commitment to improving health outcomes for working populations. Lucy is also a contributing author of national occupational health guidance, helping shape best-practice standards used across the sector.
