Liz Rowlands is a workplace wellbeing and neurodiversity specialist with a background in psychology, education and strategic leadership. With an MSc in Psychology and extensive experience across corporate and industrial sectors, she supports organisations to translate neuro-inclusive theory into practical, workable action. An accredited Neurodiversity Instructor and Women’s Workplace Wellness Advocate, Liz combines psychological research with lived experience of ADHD, autism and dyslexia, offering a grounded and relatable perspective on how neurodiversity presents, particularly in high-responsibility, detail-driven environments. Liz’s work focuses on helping leaders and teams better understand cognitive difference, reduce stigma, and build psychologically safe cultures where performance and wellbeing can coexist. Known for her clear, evidence-based and human approach, Liz bridges the gap between awareness and implementation, equipping organisations with the confidence and tools to create environments where difference is recognised as strength.
