Lina is an Occupational Health Physiotherapist by background and is passionate in helping people stay healthy at work. Lina has a great role at British Airways as a Musculoskeletal and Ergonomic Specialist – it has the four essential pillars of practice - clinical, leadership, education and research. Lina runs the in-house physiotherapy provision and works with the wider business to influence good Musculoskeletal Health in the workplace. Utilising data, evidence and experience a strategic and targeted approach is taken to support optimum employee health. Lina has extensive experience working within large corporate organisations and has previously worked at TfL and BT Group plc. Lina is also a committee member for ACPOHE.’
