Specialist Occupational & Musculoskeletal Health Physiotherapist with over 15 years experience working in industry such as the railway, aviation and telecommunications. I have vast experience working within different corporate environments, leading and delivering a strategic and impactful approach to improving and optimising employee health. I am very passionate in helping people stay healthy at work, and within my role collaborate with various stakeholders, embedding evidence and expertise-based initiatives and projects to influence preventative, supportive and enabling workstreams of musculoskeletal health strategy. In addition, I have a keen interest in developing and collaborating on research projects in the workplace with academic institutions. I currently work at British Airways and BT Group plc. I am also a member of ACPOHE committee and keen to raise awareness of the positive impact of workplace embedded specialist Occupational Health Physiotherapy role for musculoskeletal health management.
