Libby is an Independent Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner, and trainer in Stress & Mental Health. She is the Author of the book “Mental Health in the Workplace: A Practical Guide for Occupational Health Practitioners on Consultation and Report Writing”, published in March 2022. She combines her working knowledge of HR and H&S with evidence-based mental health-related training across many business sectors. She is the owner of Mindshift Consultancy, associate lecturer at Robert Gordon University, a faculty member of EOPH and Vice Chair and Director for mental health and wellbeing for iOH, (The Association of OH &WB Professionals).
