She went on to build an influential global career with bp, leading diverse teams across continents and elevating local capability while delivering innovative, scalable health solutions. As Vice President, Health and Industrial Hygiene, she has championed the integration of health into corporate strategy and operations, positioning it as a driver of resilience and performance. Based in London with her husband and young daughter, Dr. Lali remains passionate about shaping healthier, safer workplaces worldwide.
