Kim is a freelance occupational health research consultant. He is an Honorary Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine and an expert advisor to the Joint Work and Health Unit, sponsored by the Department for Work and Pensions and the Department of Health and Social Care. Kim says he has inhabited the work<>health space for way too long, but he is reluctant to move on until his dreams become reality! His current passion is using knowledge mobilisation to inform policies and practices that will maintain work ability for people with health problems and disabilities.
