Kevin Daniels is Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the University of East Anglia and a world-renowned expert of workplace health and wellbeing. He is a Fellow of the British Psychological Society, Academy of Social Sciences and Royal Society of Arts and Manufactures. He holds a prestigious research award from the German Alexander von Humboldt-Stiftung and, for the past several years, he has led an extensive programme of research on workplace wellbeing funded primarily by the UK's Economic and Social Research Council. Kevin's work is currently focused mainly in two areas. First, on the links and tensions between productivity and workplace health and wellbeing, especially health and wellbeing inequalities. Second, on producing evidenced-based tools, resources and supports for practitioners to build healthier workplace cultures and sustainable health and wellbeing strategies.
