Kath has worked in the field of health, disability and employment for 17 years. She leads on products and consultancy in the Medigold Health Disability Training and Consultancy team and has been in this role for over 8 years. Kath’s role involves developing and delivering solutions to employers on the topics on disability, mental health and neurodiversity. Kath has led on several projects relating to neurodiversity which has involved lengthy and in-depth research into the topic and is the main author of the Medigold Health Neurodiversity Toolkit.
