Karl is the Chair of EAPA (Employee Assistance Professionals Association), Wellbeing Advisor at Vivup|Perkbox and Founder of The Wellbeing Consortium. With over 25 years’ experience within the health and wellbeing sector, advising on mental health strategies for businesses including BBC, Great Ormond Street and The Royal Household. Leading one of the first UK EAP providers, supporting over 8 million employees, he is passionate about preventative and proactive wellbeing solutions and innovating the wellbeing market. As a spokesperson and advocate of the EAP and mental health sector, Karl continuously works to contribute and support the development of EAP’s and the delivery of mental health services to employees and employers within the UK.
