Justine has spent 25 years in the Banking sector and has a Diploma in Management studies and is also a CeMap qualified mortgage adviser with extensive experience in leadership roles mentoring, managing, training and coaching large teams of people. Justine overseas all training delivery and organises financial education programmes with our employer clients of all sizes and sectors. She also leads our CPD Certified FinWELL Champions®️🏅and Instructor Community. Justine lives in rural Northamptonshire with her husband, 10-year-old daughter and two crazy Springer Spaniels. In her spare-time she loves cross fit training in the gym and curling up with a good book!
