Julian Hemming has been an Employment Law Partner for more than 30 and over that time has been involved in many changes in the world of employment law. Julian has undertaken a wide range of roles including being the Chair of the UK's Employment Lawyers Association. Julian has a keen interest in helping employers to approach employee relations positively, including when it comes to helping employees to reignite their careers or to approach retirement in a constructive way for all concerned.
