Jonny has been with Aviva for nine years, with responsibility for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Executive Search and co-ordinating our focus on HM Treasury's Women in Finance. Aviva is keen to ensure all colleagues and communities are included in the Inclusion conversation. Prior to Aviva, Jonny worked for Thomson Reuters and Nat West. He was brought up in Glasgow although has lived in West London for the majority of his life. He lives with his wife, Tina and has three children, Amba (24), Hamish (21) and Bells (14). He adores watching live sport.
