Sarah has over 25-years experience within the Health Care Sector; she worked as HR Director in the Acute Sector for 10 years. Sarah leads the CSU’s People Management strategy ensuring that the CSU is developing to be a great place to work. Sarah has significant experience of developing performance management frameworks and embedding individual performance management into organisational effectiveness. In particular she has carried out a number of reviews on performance and impact assessments for individual services. As the Director of People for the CSU, Sarah works with our core values and behaviour developed with our staff, to ensure that everything we do is underpinned by them.
