Ian MacRae is a Division of Occupational Psychology committee member and Research Board member. He is an independent researcher, consultant, and the Managing Director of High Potential Psychology, specialising in the psychology of work, digital communication, and emerging technologies. Holding an MSc from University College London, and BSc from the University of British Columbia, MacRae has developed psychometric tests, including the widely used High Potential Traits Inventory (HPTI), which have been completed over a million times globally.
