Helen has extensive operational and strategic HR experience gained over her career working in food manufacturing, hospitality, advertising and more latterly in professional services. Helen has been instrumental in shaping and fostering the culture that defines Clarion, an independent law firm, based in Leeds, with 300+ employees. She’s at the heart of everything that makes the firm such a fantastic place to work, championing initiatives that create a workplace where people can truly thrive. Under her leadership, the firm has consistently ranked among the best places to work, achieving Top 10 positions in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work in 2024 and 2025 and prior to that, Top 10 positions in the Best Companies awards.
