Francis is a Director at MoneyFit, and an advisory board member of Engage for Success. Previously Francis was Director of People Experience at Gallagher and a member of the Pensions Dashboard steering group focusing on pension and financial wellbeing strategy.  Francis holds a degree in Law and is a keen rower.
