Ellen has a wealth of experience having delivered workforce transformation and organisational development programmes within the voluntary sector, Social Housing, NHS and working internationally. Ellen has a background in Organisational Psychology giving a particular perspective on how to balance organisational requirements and workforce well being. She is currently the Head of People Solutions at Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit, part of the NHS, leading a team to offer impactful people consultancy services across the NHS and beyond.
