Ella Tabb

Ella is an Association for Coaching-accredited coach, educator and content creator specialising in autism, ADHD and AuDHD. They are the founder of Purple Perspectives, where they provide neuro-affirming coaching to neurodivergent adults. Ella uses Acceptance and Commitment coaching (ACC), drawing on evidence-informed approaches and lived experience expertise to support clients through psycho-education and exploration of what it means to be autistic, ADHD or AuDHD. Their work helps clients develop greater self-understanding, clarify their goals, navigate challenges and make meaningful changes in ways that work for them. Alongside their coaching practice, Ella has spent over a decade creating educational content about neurodivergence, reaching an audience of over 290,000 followers across social media. They are passionate about improving coaching for neurodivergent people and helping coaches develop the knowledge and skills to work effectively with autistic, ADHD and AuDHD clients.
