David Liddle is a leading voice in organisational culture, people leadership, and conflict resolution. As CEO and founder of The TCM Group, he has spent over two decades helping organisations create fair, compassionate and high-performing workplaces rooted in dialogue, purpose and justice. His pioneering frameworks – including the Transformational Culture Model, People and Culture Operating Model and the Resolution Framework – are used widely across sectors to strengthen trust, accountability and cultural alignment. David is President of the People and Culture Association and author of three books: Managing Conflict, Transformational Culture and People and Culture. His work integrates evidence, narrative insight and practical system design to support people leaders navigating complexity, change and performance.
