EDI & Wellbeing Lead, Great British Railway Transition Team (GBRTT) and Deputy Chair, Rail Unites for Inclusion
After starting his career in higher education and L&D, Dante has worked 10 years within the railway industry, helping organisations embrace and embed positive change. His goal is to build healthy and diverse workforces and to foster the inclusive cultures that are essential to retain them. Dante leads on the Wellbeing component of operational design of Great British Rail, sits on the Health & Wellbeing Action Group of the Rail Safety & Standards Board, and is Deputy Chair and founding member of Rail Unites for Inclusion, a forum of inclusion specialists and allies with some 350 members from over 100 different organisations in rail and beyond, dedicated to building a more healthy and inclusive industry.
