Dan Lucy, Director HR Research and Consulting at the Institute for Employment Studies (IES). Dan is a Chartered Psychologist and Visiting Fellow at Cranfield University's School of Management, affiliated to their Changing World of Work Group. Dan oversees IES' work on health and wellbeing at work and is currently involved in projects on workforce wellbeing in healthcare for the NIHR, on work-related stress for the HSE, and has recently supported the Health Foundation's Commission for Healthier Working Lives.
