Clara’s experience includes advising on a range of matters including settlement agreements, disciplinary procedures and relating to shared parental leave.

The majority of Clara’s work relates to defending Employment Tribunal claims for a variety of claims including those relating to discrimination, unfair dismissal and the unlawful deduction of wages.
