Before joining Tailored Thinking as a Lead People Scientist, Charlotte worked in a variety of HR, inclusion and organisation development roles across the Higher Education sector, having led and supported projects relating to culture, change, inclusion and recruitment.

She has a specialist interest in inclusion and belonging, and how this intersects with health and wellbeing at individual, team and organisational levels. Charlotte is passionate about making work better for everyone, in particular through finding opportunities for personalising the employee experience and amplifying the voices of those often unheard. She has applied her knowledge internally as a D&I adviser, and now externally as a consultant.

Charlotte has a first class Master's Degree in Occupational Psychology, and is a member of the British Psychological Society's Division of Occupational Psychology (DOP). She has published research and presented at conferences to various global audiences.
