Charles Alberts is an experienced workplace wellbeing, employee experience and employee benefits leader with a passion for making a difference to people’s experience in the world of work. Most recently he was Global Head of Wellbeing and People Experience at Clifford Chance and prior Head of Wellbeing Solutions at Aon. He is a Chartered Manager (CMgr MCMI) has an MSc in Workplace Health and Wellbeing, is a member of the Alliance Manchester Business School's National Forum for Health and Wellbeing at Work and is Co-Chair of the Dorset Mind Board of Trustees. Over his career he has worked with numerous organisations across sectors and geographies, delivering creative and impactful approaches to build culture and enable people to perform at their best.
