Dr Balissa Greene is an award-winning organisational psychologist, executive coach, and recognised voice on leadership and inclusion. With over 20 years’ experience across Defence, government, and FTSE-listed companies, she has led major transformation programmes focused on leadership, culture, and equity. As Head of Diversity & Inclusion at the British Army, she shaped national inclusion and wellbeing strategies. Her PhD research on the experiences of international Commonwealth personnel continues to inform hiring and development policy across sectors. Recognised by HR Magazine and Holt Business School as one of the UK’s most influential thinkers, Dr Greene is a sought-after speaker on leadership, race, and organisational culture.
